Notice of Race
1 Rules
The Racing will be governed by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the prescriptions of the RYA, this Notice of Race, the Sailing Instructions and the appropriate Class Rules.
2 Eligibility and entry
The event is open to all boats of the Laser, Laser Radial and Laser 4.7 Classes
3 Fees
Laser (all classes) £15.
Includes lunch.
4 Schedule
Registration in the WHSC clubhouse from 9.00 a.m
Briefing – 10.15.a.m
First start –11.am, warning signal 10.55, followed by race 2 then lunch followed by two races back to back.
5 Sailing Instructions
The sailing instructions will be available at Registration

7 Insurance
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of £ 2 million.
8 Scoring
The series will be scored as provided in Appendix A of the RRS using the Low Point System.
4 races; 3 to count.
9 Prizes
Awarded to 1st 2nd 3rd boats.
10 Disclaimer of Liability
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. See rule 4 (RRS) decision to race. (Full details in Sailing Instructions). The organising authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
